Refunds & Returns

At Sacred Strands, every order is carefully inspected and packaged with intention. Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we have a strict return policy.

Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened hair extensions within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The hair must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• The original packaging and ties must remain intact
• The security seal must not be broken

If the hair has been opened, worn, washed, cut, colored, or tampered with in any way, the item cannot be returned.

• The reason for the return

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
At this time, Sacred Strands does not offer exchanges. If you need a different shade or length, please place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right

All hair extension sales are considered final once the product has been opened from its original packaging.
